When a new elementary student is enrolled, classes to be assigned to them in order for report cards and RIDE TCS reporting to work properly. Fortunately, the process is fairly quick and easy. Here's how:
1. Click "Advanced Skills", click "Operations" and click "Assign Report Card Name"
2. Highlight a student and click "OK"
3. Click the "Section" column heading to sort all the classes by section
4. Check the boxes to select classes. Make sure to select ALL the classes the student requires (Art through Tech)
5. Click the "Save" button on the toolbar
6. After clicking "Save" you will see the assigned classes appear on the right
